This study aims to determine the potential for increasing banana production in Gedang Village, Batuputih District, Sumenep Regency based on support of internal factors and external environmental Regency. The sample this as research subjects were 20 people taken from a population less than 100. data analysis used was IFE EFE matrix SWOT analysis. results showed that factor obtained weighted value strength score 1.837 weakness 0.762 with total 2.599. proves internally (strengths weaknesses) are classified good (strong) improving developing farming Gedang-Gedang Village. While factors, opportunity has weight 1.637 threat 1.402 3.039. shows ability respond opportunities being able face threats is good. strategy Sub-district, it known proposed can be concluded S-O (Strength-Opportunities) Strategy improve system technique through training get higher quality expand network. product marketing.
